Let’s face it…life is busy. It’s hard to keep up with everybody’s schedules, appointments, events! This includes keeping up with what’s happening with our programs! At Wexford Student Ministries, we want to make it as easy as possible to stay informed about all our Event Details. That’s why we’ve set up this page – to provide you with a quick list and description of all the ways you can stay in the loop about events, times, details, money, forms, etc. All in one place – right here! Take a look below and pick the options best suited for you. We try to communicate each event through as many of these as possible, but the more you sign up for the more likely you are to stay in the loop. Check it out!
Online Event Calendar
The absolutely best way possible to find out about all the activities we have going on. The calendar is updated in real time, so while printed dates might have changed, the web calendar is always current to the minute! Click on an event and it pops up a box with all the details, times, costs, what to bring, etc. It couldn’t be easier. Click Here to head there right now!
Email Updates
Both parents and students will have their own email updates starting this fall. Email updates will be sent out bi-weekly (or sometime more frequent depending on what’s going on). If you want to join either list, send an email request to Mike Barton at mjbsteel@hotmail.com or bartonm@wexfordcpc.org
**Note: If you’re a parent already on the list, you don’t need to sign up again. The first email will go out September 1st. If you don’t get that email you are not on a list!
Youth Resource Stands
At Wexford Church itself there are two Youth Ministry Stands. The first is a black stand located in the main upstairs lobby. Here you’ll find mainly Parent Resources such as the monthly CPYU Parent Page, Printed Calendars, Forms, and other helpful articles. The second is located downstairs right outside the Youth Room. Here you’ll find calendars, event reminders/flyers, permission slips, mission packets, and a whole bunch of other stuff. These stands always have the most current info on upcoming events! Make it a habit to walk past them on Sundays to stay informed and grab free resources!
Church Bulletin & Newsletter
Every week, your Church Bulletin contains a quick update on the most relevant, immediately upcoming events. Find the Youth Section either before or after the Service each week, then head to the Youth Website Events section to grab all the details! We also have a Youth Page included in our monthly Church Newsletter that gets mailed out. If you aren’t and would like to receive the WCPC Newsletter use the “Contact Us” page above to send a request to Kelly, our lovely Office Assistant!
Email Subscribe to our Site
We are always posting helpful content to the Youth Website, such as lesson summaries, recommended reading, parents resources, etc. However, it’s easy to forget to check the site. Not anymore! Enter your email below and you’ll get a weekly email listing any new content that’s been added to the site during that week. If it looks relevant click on over – if not, move on with your day!
