Children & Families

WCPC is committed to being a multigenerational congregation in which members of all age have a voice.  We want our young people to realize that they are not simply the "church of tomorrow," but rather that they are the church of right now.  Their gifts, their voice, and their insights are important for the life of the church.

WCPC offers many opportunities for children and families to be engaged in the life of the church and to learn more about what it means to be part of the community of the Body of Christ, and to enjoy being together.

Throughout the school year, we offer education opportunities for children & adults.

Throughout the whole year, we have regular fellowship events to get together as a church family and to go out into the community.  These events range from potlucks, bowling nights, mini-golf, family mission events, caroling at local retirement communities, and others. Or Happy Meal Thursdays where everyone brings their dinner to church.

More than anything, we strive for WCPC to be a place where all are welcome, and where we are engaged with one another and our surrounding community.  As we learn more about Christ's love for us, just as we are, we are better able to know and to reflect God's love for our neighbors, and to live that out in all that we say and do!
